Abdelrahman Al Zboon is an Machine learning engineer based in Amman, Jordan with 5+ years of experience.
He knows a ton about building AI solutions, from fine tuning models to building agentic workflows.
How did you get into tech?
I started my journey learning computer engineering in University, and quickly jumped into hackathons and competitive programming. I was hooked by graph theory and string algorithms, which immediately opened the door for deep diving into building AI based solutions.
Why are you at MilkStraw AI?
When I was approached by the MilkStraw AI team, I was impressed by the solution and the potential of what they are building. The vision is big and the caliber of the team matches it, I wanted to be around A+ players. Also, I worked previously in an early stage company and the impact I was able to deliver was unmatched, I wanted to be in that position again.
Where do you find inspiration?
I find myself inspired when i'm talking to friends building solutions to problems. Not necessarily in tech, It can be a social issue. I feel that being around people who love solving problems is my main source of inspiration.

Advice for ambitious machine learning engineers?
Build fast and iterate fast. But make sure the foundations are in place, learn how to design pipelines to maintain a high velocity in iterating on experiments.
