How does pricing work?
You pay a percentage of what we actually save you. If we don't save you anything, you pay nothing.
Are there any upfront fees?
No. No setup fees, no onboarding costs, no minimum commitment. You only pay when you save.
Does MilkStraw take over my AWS billing?
No. You continue to pay AWS directly as normal. Our fee is separate and based on the savings we deliver.
How is the fee calculated?
Only from the incremental savings delivered by the commitments we provide. Your existing commitments and savings plans are excluded from the calculation.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. We show you exactly how much you can save before you approve anything. No commitment, ever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. If you want to stop, you stop.
How do I get billed?
One bill per account per month, issued after your AWS bill comes in (typically first week of the month). Your first partial month is prorated. Everything is visible in your billing dashboard.
