Inventory Drawer: Clicking a resource in the inventory table now opens a details panel at the bottom of the screen instead of switching to a split-pane view.

Milkman Open by Default: The AI chat panel now opens automatically when you load the app, and opening it no longer collapses the main sidebar
Persistent Column Visibility: Your inventory column show/hide preferences are now saved across sessions. Commitment utilization columns now show N/A instead of 0% when AWS data hasn't finished syncing yet. Real 0% utilization still displays as 0%
