Connected in 10 minutes, saving ever since

Kareem Ayyad

CEO @Teammates.ai

That kind of friction-free setup is rare, and it goes a long way toward building trust.

Teammates.ai builds AI products deployed directly in enterprise customers'

cloud environments, managed remotely by Teammates. We use  AWS for our core infrastructure alongside, with other cloud providers coming as we expand into more enterprise deployments. At that scale, keeping cloud costs under control isn't optional.

What caught my attention wasn't just the savings promise, it was the incentive model. MilkStraw only wins when we win. The more they save us, the more they earn. That alignment matters. A lot of vendors sell you a dashboard and walk away. This is different.

Onboarding took about 10 minutes. I didn't need to talk to anyone or wait for

a demo call. I connected our organization, and that was it.

For DevOps, that kind of friction-free setup is rare, and it goes a long way toward building trust. If a product is asking for access to your infrastructure even if it was read only, the last thing you want is a clunky process that makes you second-guess the decision.

What I value most is that I don't have to think about it. I'm not checking the dashboard every day. Instead, I get proactive emails telling me money was saved. That's the right model!

The support has been fast when I've needed it. I'm usually an email person, but the Slack experience worked well here. Responsive, direct, and no ticket queues.

When friends ask me what MilkStraw does, I tell them: save 50% on your AWS bill, fully automated, secured, and trusted. That's the pitch. It also happens to be accurate.
